Battery Issue

Problem 1: Any solutions for slow charging issues with new Dell batteries? And I replaced two batteries both have the same problem 😡😡 why dell why?Specifically, the extended time it takes between 35% and 60% , approximately takes 17 hrs to full, Problem 2: and the automatic laptop shutdown when unplugged. Any tips to address these problems?
